Rianna K. Cropp is an interpreter, translating the complex world of accounting for her clients. She provides understandable explanations and builds strong relationships with all. Rianna joined PWB in 2014 after graduating summa cum laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and tackles both tax and audit assignments. The variety of work allows her to continually learn and share her knowledge with her clients.
As a supervisor, Rianna enjoys navigating consistent challenges and discovering opportunities to grow. As firm captain of the MNCPA Young Professionals Group, she connects with others in the accounting world, sharing experiences and strengthening the community. Her values of hard work and encouraging others to reach their goals shine through daily.
You’ll find Rianna unwinding with family, friends and Lacie the Yorkie when she’s away from PWB. They’re a tight-knit group and even have their own family game called “Marbles”. (Sure, the name was already taken, but that doesn’t matter.) Rianna also serves on the Plymouth Civic League board of directors. Once Rianna visits Alaska, she’ll have all fifty states marked off her list! Where to next, traveler?
Favorite sandwich? Meatball Marinara, maybe with cheese and maybe without, depending on what type of cheese and who made it.
