A client’s gratitude for a job well done. Giving a client great advice. Addressing problems before they arise. These are the rewards that have inspired Alan J. Shaw since he started at PWB in 2015. Knowing a client’s goals and helping them reach them is his own goal.
Born and raised in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Hey Reb!), Alan concentrates on small businesses, real estate, restaurants, other retailers, and not-for-profits. For Alan, the excitement of a client selling their business and moving on to the next phase of their life is one of the highlights of his job.
Alan and his wife have a college-aged son and daughter. Ask him about fishing and you’ll quickly learn it’s one of his passions. When he’s not fishing, Alan is working with his dogs Q and Hank on obedience and hunt test events, keeping them all in shape for hunting season.
Alan’s greatest admiration is for his wife Melissa – her ability to be a great mother to their children, her dedication to her teaching profession, her relationships with her closest friends and her enduring ability to not only love him, but to also put up with him.
